Cookie Policy
We minimise cookies. Analytics and ad-measurement cookies are set on niravi.io only if you allow them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep you signed in, and — on many sites — to track behaviour for analytics or advertising. At Niravi Inc. we deliberately keep cookie use to the minimum needed to run the Service.
This policy explains which cookies we set. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Cookies we set
Across the Service we set strictly-necessary cookies. These are required for the web application to function and to keep you securely signed in; they cannot be switched off without breaking core functionality. On niravi.io we also use analytics and advertising-measurement cookies, but only after you tap Allow on the consent bar.
| Cookie (category) | Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Auth0 / authentication & session cookies | Auth0 (Okta) | Keep you securely signed in and maintain your authenticated session on web.niravi.io | Strictly necessary | Session / short-lived |
_ga, _ga_ZY6XQ21K6H | Google (Google Analytics) | Count visits and see how niravi.io is used: which pages and sections are seen, which buttons are clicked, and downloads | Up to 13 months | |
_fbp, _fbc | Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) | Measure which of our Meta ads (Facebook, Instagram) lead to a visit or a Niravi ACE download | Up to 90 days | |
_gcl_au, _gcl_aw | Google (Google Ads tag) | Measure which of our Google ads (Search, YouTube) lead to a visit or a Niravi ACE download | Up to 90 days |
Exact cookie names are set by the Auth0 SDK, Meta and Google, and may vary; the category and purpose above describe what they do. Meta and Google receive the page address, the event (a visit, a section seen, a click or a download), your IP address and browser details, and use them under their own privacy policies (Meta, Google).
Your choice on niravi.io
The first time you open niravi.io, a small bar asks whether we may use these tags. Until you tap
Allow, nothing from Meta or Google loads and no advertising cookie is set. Choosing No thanks
changes nothing about the site or the app. We remember your choice in your browser's local storage
(nv_ad_consent), not in a cookie.
You can change your mind at any time:
Cookies we do not set
We set no analytics, social-media or advertising cookies except the consent-based ones above, and none of those before you tap Allow.
We measure website visits and app downloads from server request logs (IP address, approximate location, network, page and campaign tags, referrer, language, and browser type) and a cookieless first-party script that reports link clicks, scroll depth and time on page — not from cookies, and keep those logs for up to three months; see our Privacy Policy. Our fonts are self-hosted, so loading a page does not transfer your data to a third-party font provider. The web application (web.niravi.io) and the Niravi ACE app itself set no advertising cookies.
How to control or clear cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you view stored cookies, block cookies, and clear existing ones. Helpful guides are available for:
- Google Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Safari — Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Microsoft Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Note that blocking or clearing the strictly-necessary authentication cookies will sign you out and prevent the web application from working correctly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy if our cookie use changes. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
